Trick Tip: Learn An Ollie with Kody Noble
“Kody Noble is here to show you one of the most important tricks you can learn on a skateboard, the Ollie. Once you learn the all important Ollie, the realm of what is possible on a skateboard will open up immensely. Noble demonstrates a wide range of applications for this trick on each of the Arbor Shakedown skateboards including the 32, 35, and 38 inch models. You can pop Ollies anywhere, anytime you are riding no matter if you are freeriding, sidewalk surfing or attacking the skatepark. Get this trick down and it’ll open the door for all kinds of more advanced tricks and it’ll just make your skateboarding so much more fun. So go have more fun!”

Kody Noble
Sometimes the journey is more rewarding than the destination. Kody and I were driving across town to hit some new hills when Kody spotted this bank out of the corner of his eye.
“Pull over, let’s skate that.”
We parked, hopped out, and did goofy longboarder-at-the-street-spot tricks until No-Play told me to grab the camera ’cause he was going to hippy jump the railing. This one went in third try. After one more for good measure, the security guard kicked us out. Max Dubler photo.

Arbor Skateboards welcomes Tyler Howell
“We found Tyler riding a Hybrid GT in the skatepark last year and crushing it with his unique surf style. Within months he was in the hills with the crew, learning to ride downhill. Half a year later, he’s developed a skill set and comfort at speed that puts plenty to shame. Arbor Skateboards is pleased to start supporting Tyler Howell.”

Arbor Skateboards vs. El Diablo
“Arbor Skateboards riders, Jimmy Riha and Duke Degen took the MuirSkate MEGA VAN out to Arizona for a true desert mission. On the way, they encountered a terrifyingly steep slope known only as El Diablo. They had no choice but to get on it and crush some wheels with a descent with the devil.”

Arbor Skateboards: Out In The Cuts
Eric Singer and Max Myers drive out of the city, past the farms, to where the animals run free on the roads. No amount of goats, bee hives, or bobcats in the way can prevent them from taking advantage of a beautiful California day and hauling ass down an otherwise sparsely populated road.
