DEJAVU Longboarding Brasil [teaser]

“Hello fellows! Last year after the IGSA on Teutônia Patrick Switzer already had secured the post of the number 1 in 2011 so he decided to take the time off to see with his own eyes what was going on in southeast of Brazil. Here is just a teaser of a ten days road trip with our new brother and the CircaSurfArt crew. From the gnarly scenary of “The Death’s Hill” in Belo Horizonte passing through a longboarding meeting absolutely for fun in Juiz de Fora til the Balian’s shack in Rio for a great view of where the sea of mountains ends and the ocean starts! Max Ballesteros, Caio Cezar, Thiago Lessa and P-Swiss on a trippy longboarding dejavu!

Raw Run: Backwards Whistler Skateboard Festival

With angry looking clouds looming overhead, riders are scrabbling to find rain wheels on race day. Results will be posted at the end of the day but here is a quick run from day 2 of downhill at the Whistler Skateboard Festival. The packs got tighter and runs faster.

Special thanks to Maxim ‘Banjo Man’ Cossette for the original soundtrack. If you have been to B.C. for some races you have probably heard his tunes ringing through the campsite. Be sure to check out his blog for some more groovy bluegrass tunes.
