The Sector 9 Skateboards Downhill Race sent riders directly through town for the 5th year in a row. Riders reached their top speed as they entered the strange cambers of carnage corner and attempted to drift through the chicane. Many hit the bales and those who made it were forced to negotiate the infamous mule kicker. Rain began to fall halfway through the race but riders continued charge the treacherous course and Billy “Bones” Meiners came out the victor.
