In Medellin, Colombia the highways are only safe to skate at night. Palmas is a massive two lane highway with foam poles in the turns. This means once you enter a turn you are committed to your lane, take the inside for an edge of traction dive or take in mellow in the outside line. Local Felipe Marin has been skating Palmas every day for years now, this is his bread and butter but every once in a while it is sure to bite you.
