If you skate, then you know that bruises, abrasions, and breaks are all part of the game. Sometimes falling is the fastest way to learn.
Don’t be afraid to push your limits and learn from your mistakes. But always remember to skate safe and push you limits in a ‘controlled’ environment (e.g.: blinds turns are not the place to try to learn switch checks).
