The Pagan TimeShip Southwest Series will begin May 7th and consist of 3
events in 10 days:
May 7th and 8th in Golden, CO will be the Buffalo Bill Downhill Race
May 11th and 12th in Albuquerque, NM will be the S.L.A.P. (Safe
Longboard Awareness Program)
May 14th and 15th in Los Alamos, NM will be the Atomic Bomb Downhill Race.
The Southwest Series will finish with a real bang! The third and final
race in the Timeship Southwest Series will be The Atomic Bomb. The
Bomb is a sick 1.5 mile downhill race with twisty tech turns at the
top and a 50 mph finish. It is being held just above Los Alamos on
Camp May Road, below the Pajarito Ski Area. The top of the race course
is at 9200 feet above sea level.
The Atomic City of Los Alamos, NM has been stepping up to help us to
make this a memorable weekend of riding, racing and relaxing in the
high country of northern New Mexico. Southwest Series Racers have been
offered a group rate for lodging at the Best Western Hilltop House
which is in downtown Los Alamos within skate distance from all kinds
of cool stuff and only 15 minutes from the race course. Yes, there’s a
sweet little concrete skate park 5 minutes away. Nice!

There will be racing classes for Juniors, Womens, Mens, and Masters.
The Awards Party will be held at the Santa Fe Bar and Grill on Sunday
night where the Series winners will be announced and cash prizes
awarded including the Fastest Qualifying Time.
